making changes

It seems that's what our motto is lately....making changes.

I hate that I have been eating unhealthy food. Who would believe that eating healthy is more expensive than all the bad stuff. Not to mention is so inconvenient here in this room.

I've decided that once Walt heads to WA, I am going to eat nothing but fruit and veggies. No meat. I have to get back on track of eating better AND exercising. I have hated not being able to.

So once these sutures are out and Walt leaves, I am making changes. I'll have all the time I want to exercise, and I will be in control of what food comes into the room. No fast food and no junk. Maybe I'll like being a non-meat-eater.

This is the pledge to myself. I can do this.....

Life can only get better.....and there is hope for the smell in this room. I think we've found a way to mask the smell of yuckiness.....
